How can I have an implant when I don't have enough bone?

Sometimes after a difficult tooth removal, or if a space has been left without a tooth for a long time, the jawbone can naturally shrink back. In these cases, dental implants are still possible. We can use a procedure called bone grafting (or bone augmentation) to rebuild the area, creating a stronger foundation for a well-positioned, long-lasting implant
