Yes - research shows that adult strength toothpaste can be used in children, but we generally don’t recommend this as adult toothpastes generally have strong flavours which children tend to dislike. We recommend child specific toothpastes with a 1% fluoride content to ensure that your children’s teeth can develop with protection from acids caused by cavity forming bacteria.
