Impacts of COVID-19
To our dear patients;
We are please to announce that as of the 11th May 2020, the restrictions on dentistry has been reduced back down to level 1. This means that we are allowed to perform all dental treatments without restrictions.
Of course, we will still adhere to strict protocols regarding social distancing and have increased our cross infection protocols by adding extra level of surface disinfecting all across our practice.
We are now in the process of contacting all our patients who had their dental appointments rescheduled or affected due to the Covid-19 Outbreak. Please feel to let us know if there's any concerns or questions. We will do our best to accommodate any health requests.
Please postpone your dental appointment with us if you are displaying any signs of flu-like symptoms or have / have been in contact with someone who has Covid-19 virus.
We ask that our patients attending their dental appointments with us to adhere to the 1.5m social distancing rules from others in our reception area and:
- If possible to not bring additional people to the dental practice and have it limited to the person having treatment.
- Anyone entering our practice to please sanitize their hands. Alcohol hand rubs is provided at the front of the clinic.
- Please pay via EFT-POS if possible, to limit cash transaction
Our opening hours have varied slightly to accommodate all the changes we have implemented for Covid-19. Once again if you have any issues or concerns, please feel free to call us on (03) 9818 4981 and we will hopefully guide you through any issues that you have.
See you all soon! Thank you again for your support and we hope that you and your families have been staying safe and well.
