Entry 
Entry is open to residents of Victoria, Australia. Employees of Dentists of Hawthorn and their immediate families, and Dentists of Hawthorn’ Sponsors or Agencies are ineligible to enter. If an entrant is under 18 years of age they must have their parent or guardian's approval to enter this promotion. To enter any competition, entrants must first have completed the relevant Entry Form, and have 'Liked' or be 'Following' the Dentists of Hawthorn Facebook Page. The winner will be judged from all eligible entrants.

The Promotion commences at 17:00 (AEST) on Monday 3rd of August 2015 and closes at 11:59 pm (AEST) on Saturday 8th of August 2015. Dentists of Hawthorn, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. 

If, for any reason, this promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, hosting drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Dentists of Hawthorn which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion), we reserve the right, subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Dentists of Hawthorn database. We are not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition. Dentists of Hawthorn assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

By submitting personal information to us and/or entering the Promotion, the entrant agrees Dentists of Hawthorn may collect, use and disclose such personal information in accordance with these terms and conditions, our privacy policies, and as permitted or required by law. The entrant consents to Dentists of Hawthorn providing the entrant with additional communications, information and promotions if they selected ‘Yes’ to ‘Stay updated with new competitions and news’.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Oral-B. Entrants are providing their information to Dentists of Hawthorn and not to Facebook or Oral-B.


Final judging from all entries will take place at 1/568 Glenferrie Rd, Hawthorn 3122 at 21:00 (AEST) on Sunday 9th August. The winner will be notified in writing, and published on Facebook over the proceeding week.

Judging
The draw is to be random and no judging will take place.

The Prize 
The chosen entry will win an Oral-B Smart Series Toothbrush 7000. The total prize value is $329.99 AUD. The prize is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The prize value is not transferable for other services or products. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer made by Dentists of Hawthorn. A condition of accepting the prize is the winner must provide a valid and current photo of themselves to Dentists of Hawthorn. The winner must agree to the use of their name, and the photograph of themselves for publicity and promotional purposes. This use will be without compensation and the winner agrees Dentists of Hawthorn will own the copyright on any such images and photograph(s) and in all material incorporating the photograph(s). All winners agree to participate in providing feedback regarding participation in the Promotion and Prizes including, but not limited to, providing photographs and/or videos of themselves participating in their prizes.
